Knowing the severity of spam e-mail and intrusive pop-ups first hand, we sincerely promise you that none of your personal information will ever be sold to or shared with any other individuals, businesses, or institutions.

Shipping Information

Free UPS ground shipping in the continental USA on online orders of $75.00 or more. (Large GuideCraft  and Enchantment Stages not included). Orders placed on the phone with a customer service representative are not eligible for free shipping.  You can log onto your puppetorium.com account and see the status/location of your order at any time.

The shipping costs of ground service displayed at the time of checkout are exact. However, U.P.S. uses dimensional weight (not actual weight) to calculate shipping on air freight (express service). As a result, sometimes the rate of air freight displayed at checkout is inaccurate. If the actual cost of freight differs from that displayed, we will contact you before shipment to assure your satisfaction.

Return Policy

You must have a RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number in order to return products and receive proper credit.  To receive an RMA number, call (801)544-4605 or (877) 262-4117. Write the RMA number on the appropriate space provided on the invoice.  Return a copy of the invoice with RMA number to:

In order to receive a refund, you must return the product with RMA number no later than 10 days after invoice date. Product must be in original packaging when applicable. Refunds will not be allowed on items that show wear and tear.

Products damaged due to shipping must be reported to us within 1 business day of receipt.
